1. Booking and Notice:

A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required for any booking. While efforts will be made to accommodate orders with less notice, availability cannot be guaranteed.

2. Deposit and Payment:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is mandatory to secure a booking. The booking remains unconfirmed until this deposit is paid. Payment options include bank transfer or cash. The remaining balance can also be settled through bank transfer or cash, unless the customer opts to pay the full amount upon booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations within 2 weeks of the agreed collection date are not accepted. Customers giving adequate notice may apply the amount paid to a future booking, subject to validation by the company. Refunds will only be considered under valid circumstances at the discretion of the company.

4. Order Cancellation by See Zee Bakery:

See Zee Bakery reserves the right to cancel an order in case of personal emergency, fire, or illness.

5. Allergies and Intolerances:

Any allergies or intolerances must be communicated at the time of booking for the safety of our customers. Any subsequent notifications might not be accommodated.

6. Responsibility and Changes:

Once the cake is collected from the agreed location, any damage is not the responsibility of the bakery. The baker and cake decorator may make necessary changes to the design based on their expertise.

7. Validity and Quotes:

Quotes for a cake are valid for one month, except for wedding cakes booked well in advance.

 

8. Collection and Review:

Customers must adhere to the agreed date and time for collection and should carefully inspect the order, including details like spelling, to rectify any mistakes before leaving with the cake. By engaging in any transaction with See Zee Bakery, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. See Zee Bakery reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
